Storyline: A sassy parrot and a spontaneous-spirited librarian upend the well-ordered life of a companionless man. Lyman (Jackson Hurst) is a loner, laboring the graveyard shift for the Courtesy Patrol. Orphaned ~ dint of. a car wreck that killed his parents at the time that he was four years old, he knows singly his last name and approximate year of coming into life. When a green parrot flies in to his trailer and announces, ``Shut up!`` and ``I``m ~y eagle!`` he becomes obsessed with finding its owner, which leads him to FIONA (Rachel Nichols). She has been eying Lyman from a distance and decides to help with his parrot exploration, whether he wants her to or not. Along through her basset hound, they set audibly on a quest to find the fowl``s previous owners and Fiona begins to unravel the mysteries of Lyman``s gone by. But when Fiona joins Lyman attached his nightly rounds, she witnesses a actual existence more intense than the romantic rendition she had envisioned...
